Folsom House Historic Site
Exterior restoration of the historic Folsom House Site located in the Angel Hill National Register Historic District of Taylors Falls. Our team utilized Historic American Building Survey drawings and photographs that were prepared in the 1930s along with photographs from the MHS and Taylors Falls Historical Society archives to establish the appropriate restoration program for the property. The property was continuoursly occupied by the Folsom family unitl it was acquired by the Minnesota Historic Society. Its restoration represents alterations and additions that occurred during their occupancy of the site.
