| | City Square Building, Chaska, MN | An infill office building on the Chaska City Square in the downtown historic disitrict designed to fit seamlessly with the existing residential context of the square. The contextural design utilizes the porch frontage that is the common frontage in the historic district. The bduiling also utilizes brick to match the historic Chaska brick that was locally manufactured.
Our team was retained by the City to develop a concept plan that became a part of the development requirements when the city put out a proposal request for the redevelopment of this prime site. Our team then was retained by the successful developer to prepare the final design and constuction drawings for the building. |
