Hutchinson Hotel
The Hutchinson Hotel has been a landmark building in Hutchinson for many years. Because of its key location in downtown, the City commissioned a reuse study of the building as a part of the Revitalization Master Plan for Downtown Hutchinson. The revitialization plan included a market study of downtown Hutchinson. Our firm worked with the city and the current building owners to evaluate the condition of the buidling and potential reuses. Reuse scenerios for the hotel included retail uses on the ground floor and residential or office uses on the second and third floors. Our firm has been working with the building owner to develop a scope of renovation work for the ground floor and building exterior.
